The challenge
Massive data from meters and IoT devices needed to become a reliable, real-time monitoring and fault-detection system.
The solution
Developed with a national R&D grant, our AI tool ingests data from 100,000+ devices, enabling real-time monitoring, geo-located field operations and AI fault detection. SCADA is not the whole story: for the same authority we run a decade-deep application portfolio covering property inventory, central address management, outage and relocation workflows, advance invoicing and maintenance tracking.
