The challenge
To protect a sensitive marine ecosystem, an uncontrolled-anchoring problem needed a fair, manageable mooring-buoy reservation system.
The solution
We designed and deployed an end-to-end platform with a GIS layer mapping the bays' buoys, IoT connectivity (LoRaWAN/BLE/GPS), AI and a standalone payment service. A separate field app lets crews verify reservations from the water.
