The challenge
At a national public institution, competency definitions, targets, review criteria and scoring ran in disconnected processes, making results impossible to compare across the organisation.
The solution
On an Angular front end and a Spring Boot API we built competency, criteria, target and performance management, 360° review, score detail, reporting and external-user administration. Role-based access, weighted scoring and review scales sit at the core.
